Over the last year, I’ve received tons of emails from readers requesting more information about Kink in general but more so the Kink I’ve written about. Some in the community call it Pure Kink…some call it Real Kink….I call it fun.
Many of you know that I’m a Domina *gasps!* Yes, I’m a proud, fully trained Domina. Normally when I say this to people outside of the community, they immediately think of whip and chains, and blood rituals. That’s NOT the kind of Kink I’m into, folks! There are a million different kinds of Kink. Finding the one that best fits your taste is most important.
Tracy, how can I select if I can’t tell the difference?
First, figure out what excites you. Second, figure out your limits (hard and soft) therein. Third, research and ask questions. If you feel more comfortable asking a sub, please let me know—a sub has volunteered to address your inquiries.
Readers often ask the difference between our Kink and others. This is why I decided to post videos instead of a four page article. Pure Kink is more sensual and intimate. There are spankings, crops, blind folds, and light bondage and there’s no doubt who is in control. But there’s no humiliation, blood, figging, and so on. It’s Kink sans caffeine, basically.
One of the most glaring differences I found was Doms allowing themselves to be bound. That NEVER happens! No way, no how! This goes back to the intimacy bit I spoke of. Not only does the Dom have to trust his/her sub, but they also have to remain hypersensitive to the scene even more so than norm—at the slightest sign of confusion from the sub and it’s lights on, everyone go home!
