Hi Everyone!
I am Stephanie Morris, author of contemporary African American and Interracial/Multicultural sensual romance (borderline erotica). I love to write according to my moods but you will always get a story that combines a sensual energy with a captivating storyline.
A native Texan, I was born in Dallas and currently live in Fort Worth. I graduated of Angelo State University, from which I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration.
I currently have several books released of which all have mad publisher’s bestseller's lists. Some of the awards that I have received include the ARe Bestseller List for “Better Late Than Never”, “Cutting To The Chase”, “Laws of Attraction”, “Beyond Seduction” and “Staking His Claim” as well as Recommended Read Awards from Coffee Time Romance Reviews, Dark Diva Reviews and Night Owl Romance Reviews.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. In my opinion, there is nothing like curling up with a good book that you can’t put down, and I am addicted to writing them.
Feel free to stop by and visit me atPlaying For Keeps received "5 Nymphs" from Literary Nymphs. Nothing like a perfect rating to keep me motivated.

Book Review
Keirra Smith wasn’t planning to give in and date Eric, no matter how much he makes her tingle. Accepting her attraction to the cocky cop was like a walk in the park, compared to the turmoil Keirra felt over dating a police officer. Painful memories from her past just wouldn’t let Keirra risk another broken heart.
Sure, he had a playboy reputation but all Eric Brooks wanted was to settle down with one special woman. Convincing Keirra that she’s that woman was proving to be more difficult than Eric thought. Living without her in his life was not an option, because Keirra was already in Eric’s heart.
Eric chases Keirra until eventually she can’t fight the chemistry between them any longer. As a couple, Eric and Keirra deliver passion, in and out of the bedroom. Their strong wills worked for them and against them at the same time, and always kept their banter interesting. I had a moment of fear after the incident that caused their break up, but not for long. Eric ends up with his career and the love of his life because he was Playing for Keeps.

Thanks for the support Heidi! I'm glad you enjoyed Playing For Keeps. Keirra's story was definitely one of my faves to write. But Kayla has her day coming soon! I think her story will surprise quite a few because so many were focused on Keirra. All I can say is hang on, it is going to be a bumpy ride. I will blog more about that soon!
I have a lot of work coming up for the remaining year not to mention the publishing schedule for 2010. Fun! Fun! Fun! Which of my upcoming books are you looking forward to reading? Again, thanks for the support Heidi! |
