Hey Folks,
Just a quick note about this installment of “Office Politics”. I may have mentioned this in a comment thread on an earlier installment but I wanted to post a blog just in case you missed it.
Some names and places (installations, rank, and other identifying factors) have been changed to protect the identity of the servicemen/women still in uniform. Shawn’s identity was purposely hidden out of respect for his family and children’s’ privacy.
Yes, Stacy and Shawn’s sister are following the story and they were aware the readers would be intrigued by him. Before posting each installment, I ‘cleared’ the manuscript with both of them….which, given our time differances, has been pretty flamin’ difficult.
I would like to thank them for giving me creative license as well as offering their input.
Anyway, at the end of the story, I will be doing a “Where are they now” write up. I hope you all are enjoying the story so far. :)
