I have a huge confession to make. A few months ago, I cleaned my closets out, took a boat load of shoes to Goodwill and promised not to purchase anymore anytime soon. Well I did, I donated a ton of shoes to Goodwill...but I went shopping on the way home. :)
Yesterday I received my latest shipment and I’m soooo happy. Screw happy, I’m downright giddy! Ha, I love my new shoes. As women, it’s our birthright to shoe shop; it’s our universal bond. It’s written somewhere in the Bible…or was that Vogue?
I imagine there were cavemen complaining their wives shoes were taking up too much of the cave. Or somewhere in a remote African village, the wife’s shoes have become a bone of contention in the hut.
Things aren’t gonna change so I think it’s high time we punch moderation in the face and embrace our maternal shoe obsession.
Say what you will about Jessica Simpson
but the girl knows shoes! Very comfy!

it right. Well crafted and seriously comfy.
Steve Madden: OMG, these are so pretty and the
color is beautiful against darker skin tones.
Steve Madden: I'm not a huge fan of platforms however the
color caught my eye. I love these shoes...you can dress
them up or down. They look great with jeans.

I'm a shoe whore, plain and simple. I'm not a label whore though. Not everything has to be designer label....I know some people have to have the name but if it's cute, who cares.

I absolutely lust after super fly, super cute, never looked so good on my freshly pedicured feet shoes. My girlfriends call me CRAZY, but I have a separate shoe closet. Can't have my shoes get dinged, danged & scuffed. WHAT?!

Yves, I wish the bone Steve Madden's true color would show up better. It's absolutely gorgeous and go with everything. And the Jessica Simpson's are FLY! I bought both colors...they feel like butter! I bought pair of her patent baby doll pumps two years and they still look wonderful...since then I've been a Jessica Simpson fan.

Valentino's are classic. I have a pair of bronze round toe Valentino's that I found at a consignment shop in NYC. See, I'm getting giddy again!
JS has cute shoes...good idea about wearing them to pole dancing classes. I'll have to take a pair of mine next time. I bought a pair of stripper shoes from Fredrick's f Hollywood. I don't like them at all! |

LMAO!!! I'm going to look into Pole dancing class!! I'm tired of hearing Renee, you and Olga talking about it!!! Lydia too.
I don't have to talk about shoes, you ladies know that i have tons of pairs in my closet, so far for January I'm counting 7 pairs. Randy is filled with guilt, so i get shoes, I'm not complaining. Gives me a reason to get mad more often with him( don't judge me bitches, it works!) I love JS, she might be a little slow, but chick knows about her shoes, and I'm all for that. She had the best comfortable flats last season, gives Tory Burch a run for her money. I love Tory Burch, but I'm not sure what's going through her thick skull this year. Those things are horrible looking!!( flat wise) |

Heidi, you have to try at least one pole dance class. It's fun and a great workout. I'm so glad Greg bought me the classes. I like Tory Burch also but this season wasn't too hot. Now JS never lets me down! She knows shoes...
