Sorry I'm been MIA lately. Things have been crazy. The next installment for Fox & Hound is being proof read now and I'll be posting it as soon as it's returned.
I'll also be giving you more updates as well. Hold tight, be right back...
UPDATE:
"Our system was down, but if I had to guess I may know something more on Monday or Tuesday. You can check back with me then if you would like. Premedia is the first step of the process."
That was the email my publisher received on the 7th. The shipment was to go out last Tuesday however the print distribution facility my publisher, as well as many others, use was down hence pushing releases back. I've confirmed that they're up and going and I've ordered a shipment for myself which will be here over the weekend.
From that shipment, I'm personally mailing out to books to the folks who pre-ordered from my site and the distribution center will handle the rest. People laugh but I'm a control freak for a reason.
Sorry for the delay. It's been a mad house around here.

I don't know what you are apologizing about. Unless you have a book printing factory in you backyard...you don't do you? I know how you southern Connecticut folks like to get down. If you you didn't sneak a printing press or an industrial sized printer onto your property, and don't have little elves working night and day turning out "The Sexy" , then this is not your fault. Just tell us whose ass we need to kick.

Thanks Tracy.... its good to know an author (a favorite author) cares so much about her loyal fans to keep them in the loop on unexpected changes in distribution and other such things....I really appreciate that as a reader.
(btw sorry to hear about your accident in the shower...please take of yourself. I know the feeling of needing to rest more...I think that's a trait of successful women) Hugs |

Aw, Cyndi. Thanks so much. I'm proud to be one of your favorites. I love my fans, it's them (you) who make my job so enjoyable. You guys keep me here. It's a sad day when writers forget this simple truth. And yes, overwork is a trait of successful women. But I'm taking it easy. I promise.
