My name is Tracy Ames. I’m an author of interracial erotic fiction. My stories are a sensual feast for your senses; mind, body and soul.
I began writing short stories for monthly newsletters and, believe it or not, my friends. After much encouragement, I’m ready to offer you a taste of what only a few have previously savored.
A native of the San Francisco Bay area, I currently split time between Greenwich CT & New York City with my husband, young daughter and a host of pets.

We have a BC shoe crisis brewing and I need your help. Most of you know about his addiction to Converse but for those of you who don’t, here’s the short of it.
Eva loves Converse so when she’d go shopping for herself, she’d buy BC shoes as well. They have every color, make, and model. Over the summer, Eva left for school so we slowly weaned BC away from Chuck's. Now he wears Saucony and Keen like Greg and the guys. But his Chuck's still come first.
Everyone up to speed? Good!
BC has grown out of almost all his shoes. We literally have one pair of shoe and a pair of snow boots. How do we know this? Because, like Greg, BC throws one shoe away when they begin to hurt so he doesn’t make the mistake of wearing them BUT he knows they need to be replaced. Crazy, right?
We can’t find anything! Zora and her nanny crew have combed NYC and CT. Who knew size 8.5-9 were in such demand? Anyway, today we searched online and found a few pair at Nordstrom. However, they didn’t have his size when we tried to order.
Zora went over to the Westchester hoping to find something— nope, nothing. But BC did garner laughter from the entire shoe department when he said, “I’ll just put socks on and wear the boxes!”
I’ll glad he’s in good humor. Meanwhile, the search continues. If you can provide other stores or online places we've missed, that would be helpful. Worst case scenario, Greg and the guys will take him shopping this weekend. As long as he sees them wearing it, he won’t put up too much of a fight…he’ll do anything to be like them.
BTW, even his shell-toes are too small. I give up...
Places We’ve Checked:
Nordstrom
Target
Dillards
Footlocker
Sears
Macy’s
Track ‘n Trail
DSW
Journey's
All the online shops we know including Saucony, Converse, and Keen
***UPDATE***
Thanks for the links. I knew asking you guys for assistance was the right choice. Zora found him a really cute pair of madras Converse today. It took her 12 hrs to find one stinkin' pair of shoes that he's looking out of the corner of his eyes saying, "Where are the laces?" But other than that, he likes them. Total count: two pair of shoes and one pair of snow boots. Keep them coming!
I think they're cute!
These are a MOST! Greg has a pair & BC is buggered he doesn't. Men!
Serious lifesavers & surprisely great in the snow.

Because I love to shop and my son hates to go with me, especially when trying clothes/shoes on are required I have to shop online so here are two www.shoebuy.com, www.sierratradingpost.com
I do feel sorry for BC, I don’t want to have to turn the news on and see a little boy walking the street with shoe box for his shoes those shoe are so cute i miss my baby having tiny feet like that. |

Great, I hadn't heard of those sites. I'll get on it. Lady, BC has been walking around the house with boxes on his feet all morning. As long as he doesn't scratch my floors I'm happy.

There is champs', finish line, foot locker, and Dick's sporting goods, and EastBay. My mom hates that all I do is buy is tennis shoes. :) So let me know if I can help anymore. If I hit the mall this weekend, I can be on the look out for you. I know we have a journey's in Indianapolis.

Thanks Keisha! We don't have a Champs or Finish Line anymore. They're closed. I'll send Zora to Dick's and check out East Bay. See, I'm glad I asked you guys! :)
My brothers won't give a woman in tennis shoes a second look. Tennis shoes are for the gym and working out only. You can thank our mom for this trait. Now my brother Stan has 'grown' a bit. Kim, his wife, does have a pair of Keds. |

Have you tried Zappos.com? My son is New Balance obsessed, so I spend plenty of webtime on that site looking for shoes for him.

Thanks Brianne! I completely forgot about Zappos. I'm with your son, I love NB. They last forever!

Well the stores we have out here on the West Coast are: Big 5, Sports Authority & Sport's Chalet. Might have some luck with them. You've shortened my list with the length of yours. ;) If I think of anymore I'll let you know.

Try Amazon.com, I know, I know. But I buy tons of shoes from there and they got everything at good prices. Matt's first pair of Keen's I'll be buying him for Christmas are coming from there and over 25 bucks, they ship for free.
