Tracy Ames
My name is Tracy Ames. I’m an author of interracial erotic fiction. My stories are a sensual feast for your senses; mind, body and soul.
I began writing short stories for monthly newsletters and, believe it or not, my friends. After much encouragement, I’m ready to offer you a taste of what only a few have previously savored.
A native of the San Francisco Bay area, I currently split time between Greenwich CT & New York City with my husband, children and a host of pets.

Some of you New Yorkers may be familiar with Hot Bread Kitchen or eaten their yummy breads if you frequent local, chef-owned, or trendy restaurants in Manhattan or Brooklyn. You may have also seen them at farmers' or street markets.
Quote (because I’m too lazy to pen my own description): Hot Bread Kitchen is a non-profit bakery that fulfills two prominent needs. One is ancient and basic: the nourishment that bread has always provided as the staff of life for people.
The other is specific to our time & place: the integration of large numbers of naturalized economic migrants who seek better lives for themselves & their families, the majority of whom are now women. We improve the lives of our bakers, our customers & community members through a powerful market approach to social justice
End Quote.
I’m a carb freak. I love bread—the weirder the better. However, my aversion to challah bread is one for the record books. It’s too eggy for my taste; if that’s your thing, go for it.
Last week, Greg brought a loaf of challah home and I avoided it like the plague until BC wanted a sandwich—I took a bite before handing it to him and it was pretty good so I made "The Flatiron" from The Grilled Cheese Academy for dinner. I used the wrong type of bread but I didn’t feel like running to the market. I also used turkey bacon and made a side of grits—sue me!
The Flatiron. Yummy!
Since then, we’ve had their M’smen a few times. I’m a flat bread fanatic and theirs is really good and so fresh. I placed an order for our 50+ Thanksgiving dinner and not a crumb was left. Matter of fact, a few whole loaves left with our friends. Rakes!
Save time and energy this holiday season and give back. Their products speak for themselves.
BTW, the Ladies are freakin’ hilarious! Imagine Blacks, Jews, WASPs, Muslims, and Hispanics in one kitchen doing what they love. We had a blast and BC left with his tummy poking out. That’s one of the reasons I like New York; it’s a mix of people coming together to crave their little corner of the world. That's all for now. Back to work. Be sure to stop by and check out their recipes as well. I haven't tried any but they look pretty good.

Olga, we took the kids to meet the Ladies and, my goodness, they tried to eat everything in sight. They have this cracker-like bread (not sure what it's called) and the kids (all of us) love it. BC's tummy was poking straight out!
We're hooked! I don't have to bake bread ever again. |

lmao! Trace you still crack me up. You and your food posts. I'll have to admit it looks delicious. It's no Bojangles fried chicken with some sweet tea... but hey, beggars can't be choosers. Since you made me laugh I feel obligated to return the favor. Dem gayturs all up in my business!

LOL! Dem Gayturs, I haven't heard that in a while! Yeah, Zora and I took BC and crew to the bakery. I swear he ate an entire bag of cracker. Did you join The Hellfire Club? You'll like it! ;-)
