What is your name, age, location(s), profession, and relationship status?
Tracy Ames, 37, CT/NYC/AL/SW-VD*, Author, Married.

What is your education background?
University of California, Berkeley -- Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences (EECS). Microsoft, SQL, and Oracle certified.

Describe your fondest childhood memory.
Sunday afternoon motorcycle rides with my dad; much to the chagrins of my siblings. We’d ride well into the evening and then stop off for dinner. How my little pot-belly survived the ride home I’ll never know. My helmet weighed more than me!

Describe your daily uniform.
Depends on the season and what’s on my agenda. Yoga pants and tee-shirts are standard house gear. Jeans or capris, and a simple top when venturing out. Nothing too fussy.

What are your hobbies?
Scrapbooking, painting (should do more), baking, kayaking.

What are your favorite forms of exercise?
Lovin’. It’s all the exercise you need if performed vigorously. Dancing and swimming are a close second and third.

What are your favorite vacation destinations?
Half Moon Bay, CA. Newport, RI. Nantucket, MA. The Smokies, TN

What clubs do you (or your family) belong to?
Publicizing the names of our clubs and houses would be tasteless. Greg belongs to three or four and I belong to two. I have mentioned several of my organizations including Berkeley Club of France, Junior League, Iowa Writers’ Workshop, Romance Writers of America, and the Erotic Authors Association.

What do you consider your biggest pet peeve or faux pas in life?
I can’t abide slow, indecisive drivers. Get out of the bleedin’ way!

What is your favorite book, movie, and meal?
Anything by the Brontës (come on, everyone knows that!). Imitation of Life. Salt and pepper prawns with sticky rice.

What do you some day hope to name your children?
I’m out of the baby market. However, I wanted the names Emma, Steve, and William; all family names. My grandmother and Momma Ames named Eva. I was too exhausted to protest.

Where do you see yourself in fifteen years?
According to my business model, fifteen years from now I would’ve handed over Blue Art Media to my brother Stan, and retired. Globetrotting and doing sod-all will be my next vocation.

The End!

* Switzerland, Canton Vaud.
